General conditions

• Normally orders are shipped free from Spain from 1 to 3 business days. As the weekend does not work transport, Friday and weekend orders we deliver until next week. We ask our customers to be patient waiting for the order to arrive.

• At the moment we do not ship products to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, or to beleared islands.

• Check your order data well before you make payment. Once paid, you cannot change the delivery address or product characteristics.

• If you get the damaged products, immediately contact us instead of making a fuss, please. We're going to do everything we can to help you solve the problem.

• Once suffering, you cannot cancel the order. On the page where you placed your order, you can see the internal order tracking.

• You have 15 days to return the product. Returns of products that are open and unpacked will not be accepted, nor is it allowed to return the product if it was damaged by the clienes or found without the original packaging.

• At the moment it is forbidden for the same customers to return the items to us. If you want to return them and get the refund, please contact us.

• If the products returned by the same customers are lost, we do not take care of that and we cannot refund the money.
